Super Automotive Bros
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Super Automotive Bros to its customers. By requesting our services, the customer agrees to the provisions set forth herein.
1. Services

Super Automotive Bros provides vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and inspection services.

All services are subject to availability of time, parts, and resources.

Any additional services not included in the initial order must be authorized by the customer prior to execution.
2. Estimates and Quotes

Quotes provided to the customer are approximate and may vary depending on parts availability, required time, and/or additional conditions detected during the repair.

Any changes to the estimate will be communicated to the customer for prior approval.
3. Payments

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the shop.

Failure to pay may result in the retention of the vehicle until full payment is received, as permitted by law.
4. Warranties and Liability

Super Automotive Bros provides limited warranties on certain services and parts, which will be specified on the invoice or service agreement.

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use of the vehicle, or repairs performed by third parties after service.

Super Automotive Bros is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables before leaving their vehicle.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the vehicle.

Authorize services before they are carried out.

Collect the vehicle within the agreed timeframe after service completion. Storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.
6. Limitation of Liability
Super Automotive Bros is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from vehicle repairs, except as required by applicable law.
7. Changes to the Terms
Super Automotive Bros reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at our shop and on our digital channels.
